Strength Class

Building bigger biceps or rocking a shredded six-pack requires strength training. But even if maxing out your muscle size isn’t your objective, strength training can be an incredible way to hit your health goals. Having a good muscle base is important for movement, balance, coordination and injury prevention.

RMR Test

Your resting metabolic rate (RMR) is the amount of energy (calories) your body burns when you’re not moving. Kind of like a fingerprint, everyone’s RMR is unique. By calculating your number, we’ll devise a nutrition plan complementary to your goals.

  • Take the guesswork out of how much food you should be eating
  • Individualizes your nutrition plan
  • Understand how your body responds to carbs

Investment: $60

VO2 Max Test

VO2 Max is reached when the amount of oxygen you breathe in remains at a steady level despite an increase in the work. A VO2 Max test is used to establish your baseline fitness level before the start of a training program and can be used to track progress throughout your fitness journey.

  • Gauge the fitness of your heart
  • Learn your optimal heart rate for training
  • Understand exactly how many calories you burn during exercise
