I have tried many diets and exercise plans but I always end up back where I started. How can you help me?

All of our plans are individualized and tailored to your goals and where you are in your journey. We encourage you to stop dieting and start working with your body to give it what it needs to thrive. This “diet mentality” can leave you with an unhealthy relationship with food and feeling like a failure, stuck in a vicious cycle. Instead, we help with your mindset around food and movement, simplify healthy living without all of the strict rules, and work with you so you can have a low stress, fulfilling life.

Do you have classes for beginners?

You have to start somewhere! All classes are suitable for beginners up to advanced levels. If you are new to exercise, haven't exercised in a while, or need to be careful with your knee or shoulder, just let us know and we can help you.

Do I have to sign a contract for nutrition or exercise?

There are no contracts at AYB, because we want you to want to work with us, not have to work with us! Our goal is to be a quality, professional resource to help you achieve your best for as long as you need us. All appointments and class memberships may be canceled according to our cancellation policy.

I need nutrition help, where do I start?

We offer a free 30-minute session with a dietitian to review your goals and determine the best fit for you. We won’t try to sell you meals or supplements. We believe in all-natural food therapy for nutrition.

Will I have to give up everything I love?

Not at all! We can help you find balance with a custom nutrition and exercise plan. Change is difficult but we’ll help you stay focused so you can reach your goals.

I have medical issues, can nutrition help?

Yes! As registered and licensed dietitians, we use nutrition therapy to assist with a wide range of medical needs including diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, gastrointestinal diseases, food allergies, and more.
