I have tried many diets and exercise plans but I always end up back where I started. How can you help me?
All of our plans are individualized and tailored to your goals, your lifestyle, and what is realistic. We don’t offer diets, pills, or quick fixes. Our goal is to offer support and education so you can feel great, improve your health, and achieve your best life.
Do you have classes for beginners?
You have to start somewhere! All classes are suitable for beginners up to advanced levels. If you are new to exercise, haven't exercised in a while, or need to be careful with your knee or shoulder, just let us know and we can help you.
Do I have to sign a contract for nutrition or exercise?
There are no contracts at AYB. All nutrition appointments and class memberships may be canceled without penalty. Memberships are prorated as needed.
I need nutrition help, where do I start?
We offer a free 30-minute session with a dietitian to review your goals and determine the best fit for you. We won’t try to sell you meals or supplements. We believe in all-natural food therapy for nutrition.
Will I have to give up everything I love?
Not at all! We can help you find balance with a custom nutrition and exercise plan. Change is difficult but we’ll help you stay focused so you can reach your goals.
I have medical issues, can nutrition help?
We use nutrition therapy to assist with a wide range of medical needs (diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, gastrointestinal diseases, food allergies, and more).
