1 bunch kale
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
Shredded Parmesan Cheese (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with foil. Wash kale and remove the leaves from the stems and tear into bite-size pieces. Pat dry with a paper towel.
Combine kale pieces, olive oil, and crushed garlic in a bowl. Massage oil into the kale. Lay flat on a cookie sheet and add
salt to taste. Can also add Parmesan cheese, or other seasonings.
Bake for about 8 to 15 minutes (depending on your oven), until kale is crispy, but not brown. The edge pieces may be done before
the middle pieces, so you can take those off first and then continue baking the rest.
