Performance Classes: High Intensity Functional Fitness

  • Goal: Boost functionality through fitness
  • Duration: 45 minute efficient workout
  • For: Adaptable for all fitness and experience levels

  • Goal: Boost functionality through strength training
  • Duration: 45 minutes, technique focused
  • For: Those looking to build strength safely
