DIY Frappuccino for a fraction of the cost

1/2 cup strong coffee or espresso
1 Tbsp sugar
1/2 cup milk of your choice
1.5 cups ice
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until well mixed. You can add in cinnamon, cocoa powder, or vanilla extract for other flavors.
*Notes: This coffee drink has far less sugar and calories, compared to the frappuccinos you can buy. Those can have up to 200 calories, and that’s *before you add flavored syrups, whipped cream and toppings. Cassie says every pump of flavoring in those drinks is equal to about 50 calories from sugar.
