RECIPE: Cancer Fighting Pesto Sauce


4 c. arugula (packed)
1/2 c. walnuts
1/2 c. almonds
2 garlic cloves
1 Tbsp lemon rind
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt
1 c. olive oil


Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until blended. Slowly add the olive oil while the processor is running until a paste is formed. Serve with pasta, on chicken, eggs or fish, or as a spread. Enjoy!
