1 cup Almond milk (or milk of choice)
4 cubes frozen bone broth
1 frozen banana
1-1.5 Tbsp unprocessed cocoa powder
1 Tbsp almond butter
1 tsp cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in a blender until well blended. Enjoy!
NOTE: Cassie freezes the bone broth in ice cube trays first. Doing that gives the drink more of a smoothie consistency, along with adding the frozen banana.
When you have overripe, dark brown bananas-- freeze them to use in recipes like this one. Doing that give the smoothie natural sweetness and it also reduces food waste.
