1 cup Almond milk (or milk of choice)
4 cubes frozen bone broth
1 frozen banana
1-1.5 Tbsp unprocessed cocoa powder
1 Tbsp almond butter
1 tsp cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in a blender until well blended. Enjoy!
NOTE: Cassie freezes the bone broth in ice cube trays first. Doing that gives the drink more of a smoothie consistency, along with adding the frozen banana.
When you have overripe, dark brown bananas– freeze them to use in recipes like this one. Doing that give the smoothie natural sweetness and it also reduces food waste.
