Our team

Kimi is a Physical Therapist. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion and Wellness from Missouri Southern State University in 2010. She then attended Rockhurst University where she earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2013. Kimi has 9 years of experience working in out-patient orthopedics. She joined the AYB team in 2021. She enjoys working with post-operative patients to help prevent injury and return them to activity. She also enjoys treating plantar fasciitis, low back pain, working on running mechanics, gluteal bursitis, and much more.

Outside of being a Physical Therapist, Kimi is an accomplished endurance runner. While at MSSU, she ran her way to become an eight time NCAA DII All-American in track and cross country. Since graduation, she has fallen in love with the marathon. Kimi has qualified for the Marathon Olympic Trials in 2016 and 2020. Her greatest accomplishment is finishing 7th at the 2018 Boston Marathon. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, Marshall. Having her own baby has sparked interest in working with postpartum women and helping mothers safetly return to working out.
