With the fall schedule going into effect next week, we will have many more time slots offered for our “Foundations” classes. If you’ve never been to a foundations class and are wondering what it is, I will break it down for you. The aim of this class is to train execution in basic movements, as we strengthen our bodies and strive to move better through a full range of motion.
Simply put, these classes are going to be simplified, lower impact, and rehabilitative to promote longevity in your fitness journey. The workouts are different each day, focusing on the various modalities of being physically fit.
You pace yourself however you need to, focus on doing the movements correctly, consistently show up, and then feel great as you reap the
benefits of your hard work! It is that simple…not easy, but simple. The hardest part is honestly just showing up.
