We are excited to get started with our group nutrition classes! What you eat is the foundation of being well and we are here to help you! Join us for our AYB Group Nutrition classes the first week of each month on Tuesdays at 10 am or Wednesdays at 6:30 pm. Classes are free for AYB Members, or you can use your AYB punch card, or purchase a monthly nutrition only membership.
Here is what you can expect:
Learn how to eat healthy
We can take the guesswork out of how to eat. With so much conflicting information out there, we can offer you educated, science backed information about how to eat healthy.
Discuss current nutrition topics in the media
Do you have a question about something you heard on the news or saw on the internet? We are here to help you figure out what is legit and what is hearsay.
Build a Nutrition Community
You can ask questions, share ideas, and find ongoing support. Together, we can make better progress!
Changing habits is hard. Having someone helping you along the way and monitoring what you are doing makes it easier! We have an app for you to take pictures of your food and our dietitians will give you feedback each week.
Achieve Your Goals
Goals are achieved by consistently eating healthy foods in the correct amounts. This does not mean eating perfectly. This is not a fad diet. We don’t sell supplements. This is real food with real results.
Real Nutrition Experts
Our group nutrition classes are lead by progressive nutrition experts. All instructors are Registered Dietitians with Master’s Degrees in Nutrition. We have both a Certified Diabetes Educator and a Board Certified Sports Dietitian on board as well!
