I just wanted to let you know how I did. It was awesome!!! I was the 3rd woman to finish, the fastest in my age group!! It was so hard, but everything went as well as it could. My nutrition went really well and I never once felt like I was out of fuel. I
This was only the 2nd marathon I have run (not counting the one Ironman race, which does include a marathon)—the first one being in Dallas as well—and I was able to improve my time by 39 minutes! The first time I had no idea what I was doing, I stopped at least 4 or 5
The race went well and the nutrition went well—I drank and ate per your plan. No cramping and I did not get sick on the run which was good. Overall I did well with a very respectful time for my first Ironman, thanks to your help.

This program has been extremely beneficial for me. The coaches, Kat and Cassie, created a great personalized program that has helped me increase my speed, stamina, and endurance far beyond what I thought myself capable of. Since joining the Cassie and Kat’s running program, my fitness level has really improved. I’ve already improved my 10k time by over six minutes. I ran a personal best at the 2007 Space City 10 Miler by cutting 7 minutes off my previous race time. I’m so excited and encouraged that I’m going to meet
