This was only the 2nd marathon I have run (not counting the one Ironman race, which does include a marathon)—the first one being in Dallas as well—and I was able to improve my time by 39 minutes! The first time I had no idea what I was doing, I stopped at least 4 or 5

The coaches, Kat and Cassie, created a great personalized program that has helped me increase my speed, stamina, and endurance far beyond what I thought myself capable of. Their guidance has helped me to prevent injury while improving my overall physical health. They are easy to approach
Since joining the Cassie and Kat’s running program, my fitness level has really improved. I’ve already improved my 10k time by over six minutes. I ran a personal best at the 2007 Space City 10 Miler by cutting 7 minutes off my previous race time. I’m so excited and encouraged that I’m going to meet
