I just wanted to say thank you SO much for the daily nutrition, carb loading and race nutrition plan. I made it through the NYC marathon without any GI issues and other than one mile kept my splits within a minute of each other. I did PR by 50-minutes but that sounds more impressive than it is as my last marathon, also NYC, was kind of like the walking wounded and a bit of a disaster. I’m planning on taking all the advice you gave me to January Walt Disney World marathon and to the Tokyo marathon in February. I’m still working on the weight, but am thrilled to be seeing some progress. Thanks so much for all your help!! I really couldn’t of done it without you!!
