I wanted to thank you for all your help this year. I had several PRs and seemed to make it over all my nutritional hurdles. Your nutrition plans have been instrumental in my successful race season. After meeting with you I felt that we had put together a really good nutrition plan. I tested it out at Redman and I beat my last PR by 15 minutes. The 70.3 Championship was another success and beat my Redman time by 14 minutes. People are still asking me how I was able to drop 29 minutes off my 1/2 Ironman distance time in 1 year. I am proud to tell them that I have an awesome nutritionist!
