Group Fitness and Wellness

Are you looking for effective workouts that fit into your busy schedule?

Our comprehensive group exercise schedule has something for everyone! We are to here to help you build strength, stability and endurance so you have are well balanced and healthy. We strive to progress you in ways you may not do on your own and group classes offer the community and accountability that so many people need.

With classes starting at 5 am and running until 7 pm, we are committed to providing you with a workout time that works with your schedule. We also have recovery classes, which can help you recover stronger, along with mat pilates, which is a great cross training class.

Exercise is so important to achieving optimal fitness and performance. As an American College of Sports Medicine certified Health and Fitness Instructor, I have the “gold standard” certification when it comes to personal training and group fitness.

With proper instruction and motivation, you can make huge strides to meet your goals in as little as 30 minutes of exercise 3 times a week. You don’t have to spend a lot of time on exercise but you do have to do it effectively.

I can give you the accountability and knowledge you need to be successful. You are capable of so much more than you think, and I can help you achieve your best!

Do you want to add resistance training but don’t know where to start?

Our personal trainers are here to help! We offer one on one personal training in a private atmosphere so you can focus on your workout free from distraction.

Our trainers will push you harder than you will push yourself. We offer circuit style workouts with kettle bells, jump ropes, platforms, TRX training system, Bosu, stability balls, bands, and sand bags.

Your workout will always be new and you will get results!

We begin with a complete evaluation of your current health status, body fat percent, metabolic profile, and fitness level. Your current supplements, medications, and health history will also be reviewed.

Next, we will look at your current eating and drinking habits, along with your exercise schedule to evaluate where we can make changes. Our goal is to optimize your exercise schedule so you can achieve a healthy body fat percent and optimal lipid, blood pressure, and blood sugar readings.

We will look at your previous dieting and exercise history so we can learn from those, along with your upcoming goals for your body weight and health.

Lastly, we will look at any allergies, sleep habits, and any other pertinent issues you may be dealing with. This wealth of information will help us get to know you better so we can develop a plan to help you achieve your best health.

We will do a detailed evaluation of your strength, cardiovascular system, and flexibility, looking for muscle imbalances and evaluating your core strength along the way.

With an evaluation completed, we can now develop your exercise plan, which will incorporate strength and cardiovascular training to improve your fitness and metabolic processes. You will have a weekly plan for what to do on your own and you will get a different workout each day you meet with a trainer.

This is a great way to workout because your trainer can evaluate how hard they can push you that day and they will push you!

First Session Starts August 12th and goes until Nov 20th. We will break for the holidays and then start back up early January.

High Intensity Interval Training will take your training to the next level! I have seen the impressive research and experienced it myself. You will get more toned, more fit, and increase your metabolic burn for hours after class, all with only 30 minutes of work!

No more excuses for not having time to work out! All you have to do is show up and I will make sure you get a good workout.

I will lead you through different workouts each class, so you won’t get bored and will be constantly challenged. I will adapt to all levels of training (beginners to advanced are welcome), but if you are injured, or are not in good enough health to exercise, then this is not the class for you.

If you are trying to lose body fat, increase speed, improve your race times for running, biking, swimming, or triathlon, improve your stamina and energy levels, or just try something new, this is the class for you!!

Types Of Plans

One on One (Individual)

One Month
  • This type of plan is just for you and meetings with the trainer are on a one to one basis. You will get the most relevant and personalized plan with this option.


Three Month
  • If you have a group of people with similar interests, our group training option may be for you. Typically done in 6 week sessions and includes warm up and cool down with a great workout in between.

High Intensity Interval Training Class

  • Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30 am-6:00 am
  • 4905 S. National Ave Suite A-120 (my office)
  • Class will be held outside
  • First Session Starts August 12th and goes until Nov 20th. We will break for the holidays and then start back up early January.
  • Classes will be $5 for drop in or if you buy 20 classes up front, you will get a 5% discount. Refer a friend who is new to class and you each get an additional 5% off the 20 class package.
